Class Schedule
Intermediate Jazz
Our Intermediate Jazz class is filled with technique, across-the-floors and faster-paced choreography for developing dancers. The instructor will dance alongside you and guide you through a full body warm-up followed by a fun choreography sequence that you will work on throughout the season. You'll dance along with upbeat modern jazz music, including songs by St. Germain, Alex Boye and others. In this class you are sure to get a full body workout and find joy in your movement!
Classical Dance & Ballet
Our classical Dance & Ballet courses are perfect for those who are interested in learning the art of body expression through controlled and thoughtful movements. This course is ideal for beginners who want to expand their dance skills and spend time fine-tuning their musculature and body connections. During this class you will experience a variety of warm-ups and stretches designed to awaken the body, "dance drills" to practice the techniques, and a bit of choreography to tie the movements and techniques together in a fun and creative way.
Be sure to bring water, a towel, and comfortable shoes or socks that allow your feet to move freely!
Vinyasa Yoga
Our Vinyasa yoga class holds space for you to practice connecting individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement. This is a great class for those looking to cultivate a healthy relationship between body, mind and spirit using yogic philosophy. Come join us on your mat and be sure to experience the magic of observation and self-awareness! Great class for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Mobility 101
This class takes a slow, more deliberate approach to movement by targeting the joints through engaging and releasing the muscles. Here your instructor will guide you through exercises that encourage more range of motion in each major joint. This class is great by itself as a warm-up or cool down, or use it in addition to your current workout regimen for a deeper result! Many see a greater range of motion in as little as 2 classes. Come try it out and see for yourself!
Energy Healing
Energy work is widely known and highly regarded in holistic healing circles, and has been around for hundreds of years through many different cultures. In our sessions, we combine decades of holistic training, including Healing Touch, Reiki, chakra balancing and more to aid you on your healing journey. Energy healing, or energy therapy, can be an excellent addition to your regimen if you are interested in:
-Healing childhood wounds
-Removing emotional blockages
-Relaxing the nervous system, and getting out of the "Fight/Flight/Freeze" response
-Reclaiming your autonomy and gaining confidence in your life
-Promote healing physical injuries
-Reducing PTSD symptoms
-Individual empowerment
and much more.
Your first session will include an initial intake of symptoms you are experiencing (physical/emotional) and from there we will develop an action plan to alleviate them using healing and energy work. Each session will be conducted over zoom, and may include light movement, breathwork, and exercises for the energetic body as needed.
Power Yoga
Our power yoga class is designed for those who want an intense bodyweight workout through a yogic lens. This class will include challenging asanas (postures) and quick transitions to crank up the heat and get a full body workout, while staying true to the yogic philosophy, 'connecting mind, body & breath'. If you're looking to intensify your yoga practice and take on a more physically challenging pace, you are sure to love this one! This will be a body-oriented class designed to challenge your physical limits.
