Our nervous systems are responsible for a TON of natural and automatic responses, including hormone balance, digestion, heart beats, swallowing and temperature regulation, to name a few. So you can probably guess, if our nervous system is out of wack, it can wreck havoc on our natural processes. 

One very effective way we can eliminate these stresses and relieve our overworked nervous system is through short bio-feedback exercises (Basically where we engage the brain and the body and move them together in unison).
